This is my second review on this product. My first review expounded on the quality and ease to assemble. I had a problem with one of the legs (hole didn't align) and contacted the seller. This review and to thank the seller for the excellent communication and expedient shipment of the replacement part. This was an excellent experience!Got the set of 2 in the lighter color. WIth all thats going on right now selection is so limited.Pros-nice looking-comfort is good-attached moveable pillow-light weightnegatives-bc of this built in padding after a big rain the chair absobs the water and can be pretty wet and soak through a towel etc- even though it has wheels seems had to move anyway but straight-instructions (images only) were tiny!!! very hard to see- some of the holes didnt line up well for the screws - a few hard to force them in and 2 of them we had to get really creative-I wrote to the customer service on the provide card and no responseEasy to assemble- check✔Comfortable-check✔Light weight-check✔ (but, too light weight)Great looking- check✔❌PROBLEM is that the chaises do not alow for fast, complete drainage. I used a professional leaf blower to get a lot of rain water out of the lounge's fabric however it was still wet 5 hours later and it still in direct sunlight. See photos 5 hours later still sopping wet.I am concerned with sturdiness of the fabric. Will it rip away from the frame easily? We're having a party this weekend, I guess I'll see then as they will be used.I was very surprised at how light weight the lounges are. They roll beautifully .These are overall very nice chairs. Sturdy, lightweight, comfortable. I like the included pillow. However, be aware, they do not dry quickly. There is a foam built into the fabric, which I’m sure is there to make the chairs more comfortable, but it retains water and does not dry quickly. It rained one morning for about 10 minutes. Sat in them the following day in the afternoon and it was like sitting on a wet sponge. That was about 30 hrs after the rain. They might dry faster if left standing on their side, so the water runs to the edges. But haven’t tried that yet.We bought the set of two chairs and the main problem was during assembly.On each chair there was at least one screw that didn't go into it's pre-drilled hole well. I couldn't even get one screw entirely in, which worries me from a future stability standpoint. (See photos) A few more screws with misdrilled holes went in eventually... with a lot of effort.And, another screw was defective: The hole for the wrench to go into was filled in so I could only hand-tighten it. Quality control check before shipping should have checked and removed such screws. If they provided one extra screw for each set I could have used the extra screw and tossed the defective one. But there were no extras. For this price point, that's surprising.I 'm deducting one star for these quality issues. and another star for the high price not meaning a product that can be assembled with the above problemsThe lounges look great, the wheels are a great feature. The chairs are light weight. They were NOT super hard to put together but directions not great. Why I only gave it a 3. The quilted part must be filled with a sponge because even the dew causes it to retain water. I worry that over time they will smell/mildew. Every morning I have to flip them on their side to drain. The SUN won't dry them out unless they have been drained. The quilting adds no extra comfort, wish I could remove the quilting.Within a month one of the under support bars broke off. Tried to resolve with company but they wanted pictures which I tried to send never heard from them again. It is now August of 2021 and they are mildewy. I have to wash them often not sure how long they will last versus how long we are willing to sit on them since the mildew stains are getting harder and harder to get out. NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT!Loungers were exactly as advertised. Attractive “quilted” beige on brown aluminum pool-side furniture; simple assembly process and overall excellent quality. I was impressed enough with the original order that I ordered an additional pair. Crestlive service and support were outstanding.
